Liz Pryor is an accomplished entrepreneur, strategist, and educator with firsthand experience taking an emerging CPG brand from idea to national distribution. As the founder Chill Pop, a natural frozen dessert company, she led the company in strategy, finance, sales, fundraising, and growth.
Currently, as Director of Entrepreneurship at Hawken School, she leads a nationally recognized entrepreneurship program focused on real-world business challenges. Her broader leadership experience spans education and nonprofit organizations, with a track record of building teams, developing programs, leading capital campaigns, and securing grant funding.
Liz brings firsthand founder and CPG experience to help emerging brands navigate growth and make smarter decisions.
Meet Maggie

Maggie Pryor is a strategic operator, startup consultant, and former CPG founder who helps emerging brands turn ideas into scalable businesses. As co-founder of a natural frozen dessert brand, she oversaw product development, manufacturing, distribution, and day-to-day operations, gaining firsthand experience building the infrastructure required to grow a physical product business.
Previously, as a New Ventures Consultant at MAGNET, Maggie worked with hundreds of early-stage companies, helping founders navigate business strategy, product development, and commercialization. She also brings hands-on experience implementing ERP systems, strengthening operational infrastructure, and supporting capital strategy and investor readiness.
Her pragmatic, systems-oriented approach is valuable to helping brands build the strategies infrastructure, and partnerships needed for sustainable growth.

Joe Stanziano is a seasoned CPG executive with decades of experience building, growing, and leading some of the industry’s most recognized brands.
He currently serves as CEO of Traditional Medicinals, bringing a strategic and purpose-driven approach to the company’s continued growth. Prior to leading the help at Traditional Medicinals, Joe spent more than 30 years at The J.M. Smucker Co., where he held senior leadership roles across a range of brands and categories including Dunkin’, Jif, and Pillsbury.
Joe’s deep experience across strategy, operations, manufacturing, marketing, supply chain, and innovation brings a practical, executive-level perspective to helping consumer brands navigate growth and scale.
